Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can fill in a form, you can send a quote. Set up your packages once, then every quote is a couple of minutes of picking options — Venq does the maths and formatting.
How much does it cost?
$99 AUD per month, per venue. That includes unlimited quotes and every feature. No setup fees, no per-quote charges, and the first 30 days are free.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
None. It’s month to month and you can cancel any time. If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing at all.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No card required to start. You get full access for 30 days and only add payment details if you decide to continue.
Can my clients accept the quote on their phone?
Yes. Clients get a clean, mobile-friendly link — no app, no login. They review the details and tap Accept, and you’re notified by email straight away.
How does GST work?
You toggle GST on or off per quote. When it’s on, Venq adds 10% and shows it as a separate line so the client sees exactly what they’re paying.
Can I use my own branding?
Every quote carries your venue name, logo and colours. To your clients it looks like your own system — Venq isn’t mentioned on the quote.
